This is one of the simpler patterns of Tomoko Nakamichi. In a section of his second book (Patternmagic) she plays with geometric figures, managing to restructure them wraping it to the body.
In this case, a square, a pattern that I love because of its simplicity and the minimum waste it produces. I have already experimented with it on other occasions and it never disappoints me … This time I modified it a bit, lengthening it 20 cm in the front and leaving it open to use it as a cardigan, a modification that gives it more functionality and comfort … let’s say Many of the patterns in this book are not so easy to use.
The fabric is deadstock in a Caribbean sky color, which I hope illuminates the gray days. =)
